De Sacred Heart Brothers Society is geregistreerd conform de Karnataka Societies Registration Act, is erkend door het Indiase ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken om buitenlandse contributies te mogen ontvangen conform de Foreign Contribution Regulation Act en is vrijgesteld van belastingplicht conform de Income-tax Act.
